A mole is a small dark brown mark on the skin, and freckles are small brown spots on someone’s skin, especially on their face.

痣是皮膚上的一小塊暗黑色斑點,而雀斑則是某人皮膚上一小片褐色斑,尤其是常出現在他們臉上。

Suggestion: Good. But a mole has mass to it. A freckle has no mass to it, just a spot.
